"And in the big ones, Drunk Lady Punch."

Glasses_2
These glasses are so great. I want a dozen of them, each size -- I want to make tiny, individual tiramisus in the small ones. But right now I will settle for a few less. Order up -- I did the other day.

More things I am loving beyond all reason:
1. Hello's "New York Groove", which is tied with Linda Clifford's "Red Light" and Dazz Band's "Let it Whip" for songs I can't stop moving around to. A couple of weeks ago, I couldn't listen to anything but Kate Nash's "We Get On" and "Nicest Thing", so this is a huge boost.
2. An arm snaking around my waist and pulling me in close, or a hand resting softly on the crown of my head, absent-mindedly.
3. Dancing outside in the dark just to make each other laugh.
4. You, every single one of you.

Good for you!

(I am coming to Portland in May, btw. Perhaps I can buy you a beer?)

Ive been reading and salivating all over your blog for awhile now. I think this is my first comment though. I visit this blog as often as I can, not just for the the eye candy that makes me want to lick my monitor despite the windex after taste, but also for a good read. I love the way you write, and your humor. I feel like i'm reading a good book, thats in real-time. Like that movie stranger than fiction, but without the impending doom lurking over our heads. I laugh outloud and feel like I've just met up with an old friend who brought me cake. Thank you.

I'm a glasses addict and those are gorgeous! Me want.

so delighted to have found your blog via notmartha. love the music, love the design, love the FOOD!

These are great! I have been looking everywhere for glasses for our bar, I am sure these will be perfect! Thanks!

I've been listening to New York Groove by Ace Frehley/KISS. I'm not sure if it's the same songthat Hello is singing (I haven't heard it), but I can only assume they've covered Frehley's version. Here's a you tube clip...I can't get it out of my head - it's such a happy little number.
